Request account deletion
Enter the email address on your Vernac account. We will send a confirmation email before recording the deletion request.
What will be deleted
- Your Vernac account and sign-in record
- Profile details, onboarding answers, goals, interests, and preferences
- Saved words, collections, learning queue, progress, and review history
- Practice answers, generated examples, context hooks, and personalisation data tied to your account
- Community posts, word-of-the-day responses, notification tokens, and device/session identifiers tied to your account
We may retain limited records where required by law, security obligations, or app-store purchase providers. Confirmed requests are processed within 30 days.
You can also delete your account directly in the Vernac app from Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
